GaphyToro Labs is operated by GaphyToro Limited. GaphyToro Limited is responsible for information collected through this website and the project enquiry form.
Information we collect
When you submit a project brief, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company where supplied, project type, approximate investment, target launch and project description. We also retain limited technical information for security and abuse prevention. IP addresses are transformed into one-way identifiers before storage.
How we use it
We use this information to review and respond to project enquiries, plan potential work, protect the form from abuse and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell project enquiry information.
Storage and service providers
Project briefs may be processed by infrastructure and email providers acting on our behalf. We apply access controls and retain information only as long as it is useful for the enquiry, a resulting business relationship, legal obligations or security.
Analytics
Where configured, privacy-conscious analytics help us understand page and service usage. Names, email addresses and project descriptions are not sent as analytics properties.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information linked to a project enquiry, subject to applicable legal obligations. Contact us through the project enquiry page and state that your request concerns privacy.
